  Visit our customer service desk in-store or contact our online support team with your order number to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include all original manuals and accessories before dropping the package off at a local carrier.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
